User Guide

This guide is for end users who use the DeepFilter quarantine portal and regularly receive the "Quarantine Summary" email. Its purpose is to explain, in plain language, how to see and manage the suspicious emails sent to you.

Who this is for

If your company's email security is handled by DeepFilter, emails found suspicious are set aside (quarantined) before they reach you. This guide shows you, step by step, how to review those emails, which ones to move to your inbox and which ones to delete. No technical knowledge is needed.

Where to start

  • If you are new: Start with the "What Is the Quarantine Summary Email" page; it explains the summary email you receive.
  • If you want to open the portal: The "Accessing the Portal" page explains how to reach the portal through a secure link.
  • If you cannot see a button: The "Permission Levels" page explains that what you see and what you can do depend on the permission your administrator has granted.
  • If something has gone wrong: The "Troubleshooting" page lists the most common situations and how to resolve them.

Use the menu on the left to go straight to any topic.
