System Monitoring
DeepFilter passes every incoming and outgoing email through a chain of interlocking services: the transport layer that accepts email over SMTP, the filtering engine that scans and scores the content, the databases that hold records and settings, the fast cache, and the management interface. If a single link in that chain stops, email either stops flowing altogether or passes through unfiltered. The System page gathers the health of that entire chain and the hardware load of the server onto a single screen.
Audit Logs
Audit Logs keep a record of every administrator operation performed on DeepFilter — who did what, when, and from where. They let you answer questions retrospectively: who changed a setting, which account signed in to the system, or when quarantine notifications were sent.

Log Management
DeepFilter writes every stage of email flow — an email being accepted, rejected, quarantined or delivered, and the background service events — line by line into log files. These records are the primary source of evidence that lets you see what actually happened instead of guessing, for questions such as "why did that email never arrive?", "why was this sender blocked?" or "when did the service restart?".
